• Cloudflare Web Analytics for cookie-free measurement of page views and loading performance

Cloudflare processes technical access data such as IP address, header information and timestamps.

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views and loading performance without cookies or local browser storage. It does not create individual user profiles or cross-site histories.

To improve the Platform, we also analyse user journeys, clicks and scrolling without cookies. A sample of user sessions is recorded; input fields are masked.

Processing is carried out for the security, stability and protection of the Platform as well as privacy-friendly audience and performance measurement.

A bot protection solution from Cloudflare is used to secure forms and prevent automated access.

This distinguishes between human users and automated systems.

Images and videos are delivered via external CDN and streaming infrastructure.

When media is accessed, technical access data such as IP address, browser information and timestamps are processed insofar as necessary for technical delivery.

No further analysis or profiling takes place.

The Platform uses exclusively technically necessary cookies.

These cookies are required for:

• Authentication and login
• Session management
• Security functions
• Protection against misuse and attacks

Technically necessary cookies cannot be disabled, as the functionality of the Platform would otherwise not be ensured.

In addition, technically or functionally necessary information is stored in the browser's Local Storage or Session Storage. This includes in particular the selected language and appearance, user-interface preferences, temporary product and view caches, and synchronisation of a logout between open tabs. This information remains on the device used until it is replaced by the Platform, removed after serving its intended purpose, or deleted through the browser settings.

Google Search Console is used for technical search analysis and optimisation of visibility in search engines.

No cookies are set and no personal data of website visitors is processed.

The operator maintains online presences on social networks.

When visiting such presences, the data protection provisions of the respective platform operators apply.

No data from social networks is combined with user accounts on inseratportal.ch.

Payments are processed via external payment service providers.

The operator does not have access to full payment data such as credit card numbers or comparable sensitive payment information.

Transaction data is stored exclusively to the extent required by law.

Personal data may be processed or transferred abroad where this is necessary for the operation of the Platform.

It is ensured that an adequate level of data protection exists or that appropriate legal safeguards are provided.

Personal data is stored only for as long as:

• necessary for the respective processing purpose or
• legal retention obligations apply

After the purpose ceases or legal retention periods expire, the data is deleted or anonymised.

Deleted listings and account data are retained separately for investigation and evidentiary purposes for up to 3 years from the date of archiving and are then deleted, unless a statutory retention obligation or a justified blocking notice requires longer retention. Payment and receipt data (orders) are retained for at least 10 years where required by law.

The operator implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or manipulation.

Swiss law shall apply exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.

The contract language is German. The German version is the official, legally binding and authoritative version.
